here's what we've got this morning. 34 in washington. 27 in new york. 27 in chicago. 27 in nashville. these numbers are cold to start. but by the afternoon, you can get kind of back to the normal temperatures, where you should be for this time of the year. look what's waiting to the west. and these numbers in some cases are 20 degrees warmer than normal. take a look at denver, billings, both of those much warmer than they should be at this time of the year. when you look at 50s and 60s in the zone, you know you have warm air here. phoenix is about 76 degrees. and later, that air all starts to push towards the east. look at the big board. here's where the cold blast is. around the great lakes. orlando sitting beautifully around 76 degrees. good morning to the fog along the california coastline, what you would expect for this time of the year. and continue to watch the storm from the bay area. this is the second of three, the bay area all the way up the northwest coast. >>> more weather in the next half hour. but my morning starts to get better right now, with josh, amy, george, and lar
